Dear guests, you are welcome to make table reservations with us. Please understand that we will charge cancellation fees if you do not show up on the agreed date or do not cancel your reservation in time. Unfortunately, many guests are not aware that our restaurant has to ensure optimum capacity utilization precisely because of the small number of seats. It is often not possible for us to spontaneously assign the vacant table to other guests. This means that in these cases we are left with the costs for personnel deployment and the food purchased.
1. validity of the General Cancellation Conditions
These terms and conditions of our restaurant “(Austria Stuben)” are the basis for table reservations. Subsidiary agreements and amendments to the contract must be made in writing. This also applies to the waiver of the text form requirement.
2. binding nature of table reservations
By ordering a table, you make a legally binding declaration to appear in the restaurant with the announced number of people at the time of the reservation and to select and order from the food and drinks offered on the menu. A contractual obligation is thus established with the table reservation.
3. cancellation free of charge
[1] If you are unable to keep the agreed appointment, the following cancellation deadlines apply:
– for reservations from Wednesday – Saturday up to 48 hours at the latest, and
– for reservations from Sunday – Wednesday (special opening hours) 96 hours before the agreed date
If you cancel within these deadlines, no cancellation fees will be charged. .
In your own interest and to avoid misunderstandings, we advise you to cancel by email to our email address info@austria-bellevue.com, by phone or via TheFork.
[2] Furthermore, no fees will be charged if it is still possible for us to assign the table you have canceled to other guests at short notice.
4 Cancellation fees
If you do not say in time acc. If you cancel your table reservation under point 3 or if you do not appear at the reserved time on that day, we can demand reasonable compensation for our useless expenses. These cancellation fees amount to EUR 100,- per registered guest. The same applies if fewer than the announced number of guests appear.
5. proof of lesser damage
You are at liberty to prove that no or significantly lower costs have been incurred than the above flat rate.
6. assertion
When you make your reservation, you deposit a valid credit card as a guarantee. In the event of late cancelations or no-shows, you agree to a charge to your credit card.
