Cool and sophisticated, a congenial duo as a kunlinarian symbiosis.
A food & wine pairing that simply fits. The rather sensitive Pinot Noir prefers a moderate to cool climate - and so does its culinary partner, the Gruyère. It matures for at least 3 months, sometimes even up to 26 months, in maturing chambers, caves and rock cellars before we taste it to round off this evening.
